This modern approach has the same goal as WinDC: creating device management faster.

This table shows the main differences between the two SCCM DCM, PowerShell DSC, and WindDC. SCCM DCM is an old method that only checks the device and reports problems but does not fix them automatically. PowerShell DSC improves things by keeping device settings correct at all times, but still dependent local server.
