When you create a VNet and Azurevirtual machines and other resources can reach the internet by default without additional settings. With the coming changes, this behavior will stop. Future Default Logout Access

Default Outbound Access (DOA) will is no longer activated for the new VNet. This is a new DOA change in Azure. Otherwise, the VNet will use the default Private Subnet Optionblocks internet access unless explicitly configured. For window 365 deployments using Azure Network Connection (ANC), new virtual networks created after March 31, 2026 will be private by default. It means internet access must be configured manually. If outbound access is not enabled, Cloud PC provisioning will fail. Existing VNets are not affected.

• There is no impact if you use a Microsoft hosted network, because Microsoft manages connectivity and provides internet access by default.
• To avoid trouble, review yours network early settings.
• If possible, move to a Microsoft hosted networkor explicitly enable outbound access using a NAT gateway and testing connectivity before deployment.
